What type of fitness class are you looking for?
We have cardio and weights which we call as Aerobics batch twice a week . its good for people who want some vigorous exercise
.
In Yoga we do Hatha Yoga , Iyengar style where we use props for more intensity , alignment and depth of poses .
We also have Yoga Therapy for senior citizens and for people with Health issues.
The most important thing is to be disciplined in your approach to good health and the results will be magical .
