Hatha Yoga classes incorporate deep stretching and strengthening based on the Iyengar method..

 

The Iyengar method uses props to help improve the practice by being able to hold the pose longer and better, maximising the curative and restorative effect.

AEROBICS

In this class we combine various kinds of exercise. It may be bench , floor aerobics, kick boxing or light weight training like body pump. It is always  a mix - with cardio , strength training and a lot of stretching.

Burn away lots of calories with the latest western or Bollywood music .

Every class is a surprise, no repetitive or boring workouts here.

MEDICAL YOGA

Poses for healing and recovery are recommended to students with health issues like sciatica, spondylosis, joint pains, diabetes, high blood pressure etc. The aim is to get students off medication and towards a holistic recovery.
