Our Teachers
Our teachers are enthusiastic yogis and regular practitioners. But more importantly, they are sensitive to your special needs and will do all that is required to make your practice fruitful.

Rewati Salelkar
Rewati is a certified fitness trainer from Talwalkars, Mumbai. She has also completed her certificate course in Yoga and Pranayama from the Kaivalyadham Yoga Institute at Lonavala.
Rewati loves to experiment with props to improve poses and achieve the right stretches and sensations. She continues to learn through independent study and research coupled with her regular practice. She is a student at Iyengar Yoga Institute at Pune
Having been a part of the corporate world herself, Rewati realizes how challenging it is to find just a few hours a week for oneself to stay fit and feel good. And therefore she tries to maximise the benefits in the limited time available.
Anees Rao
Anees is an automotive engineer and avid mountaineer. He started practicing yoga in 2015 and really got interested in the subject. He now wants to share his learning with others.
Anees tries to build in relaxation and Pranayama into his classes to help students calm their minds and destress. He continues to experiment with props, using them to get students to enjoy their practice..

Avinash Salelkar
Avinash started teaching Yoga when he stopped working in the IT sector.
He has been practicing Yoga for more than 12 years, but could find only a few hours every week given his office and travel schedule. However, once he stopped working, he turned to Yoga nearly full time and now practices nearly every day in addition to cycling every day.
Avinash takes classes in both the Vinyasa and Hatha styles. His classes are generally more intense but they leave students with a glow of well-being and happiness.
Bhalchandra (Bhushan) Karmarkar
Bhushan is a fitness enthusiast with a love for outdoor endurance activities like running, hiking and cycling. He turned to yoga eight years ago when his wife Ashwini introduced him to the practice. He never thought that a casual enrolment for a quarter would change his life.
Since then , he did several courses on different styles of Yoga and Pranayama to get a flavour of different schools of the practice. Bhushan believes that while he continues to do his outdoor activities, Yoga changed his journey from outwards to inwards. First, he learned to experience the body. Then, to observe the mind, and the awareness of breath.
Bhushan started teaching Yoga a couple of years back to share and increase his knowledge.
